Mocha Club: Is about connecting our community with the community in Africa. You start by giving up $7 a month, the cost of 2 mochas. And you get to pick where that money is going. World Missions Training and Opportunities: Interested in missions opportunities abroad? Want more training? Perspectives is not so much a course, as it is a "movement" involving tens of thousands of God's people throughout the world finding their niche in God's overall purpose to bless the nations. The second link has more info about the whens, wheres and hows of the course that will be taking place in Altoona this fall.

It is hosted by various churches or non-profit organizations around the country.

Helpsline ministry at Calvary: we get requests to help people in the area with moving needs. A few requests have been people from Calvary, but in general they are people in the community who are not physically able to move themselves and do not have family/friends in the area that can help them out. The majority of the moves are usually done on Saturdays (whenever possible) since it makes it easier to find volunteers who work during the week. This is an opportunity to help out when you have time available and does not commit anyone to any specific opportunity or weekend. I send out an email or call to see who might be able to help once there is a move request in with a specific date/time established.
