Help with set-up & tear-down for Good Friday event

4/1 & 4/2

Each year for past few years we've hosted an event at Calvary that has been very meaningful in the lives of people who call Calvary their church home and for many others in the community. On Good Friday we open the church building all day long for people to be able to go through a series of unique and personal prayer events that follow through the final hours of Christ's life leading up to the crucifixion. Each year some of the prayer stations remain the same and a few of them change in order to keep pieces of the experience fresh.

Because these prayer stations are set up all over the building we need lots of hands on Thursday evening (following our Maundy Thursday service - Approx. 8:30pm) to set up each station and get things ready to roll when the doors open on Friday morning. We also have a great need for lots of hands again on Friday evening when it's time to tear down everything, clean up behind ourselves and make each room look "normal".

If any of you would be willing to come out and help it would be greatly appreciated! Please reply with a quick e-mail to let Kim Dick know if you plan to jump in on Thursday at 8:30pm to help with set up or on Friday at 9pm to help with tear down. You can send your e-mail response to kim@calvarysc.org. Feel free to e-mail her with any questions you may have also!
