Apartment for Rent

Located on the corner of Garner and Irving is an unfurnished basement apartment with separate, ground-level entrance. There is a large living space, large kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 big, 1 little), and a porch/yard. The rent was $700 for the last tenants but may increase to $750- includes cable, heat (boiler room), water, refuse, but internet and electric are separate. Prayer Retreat: This Saturday, June 12th @ 8:30am-12:30pm at Harvest Fields

The guest facilitator is Cheryl Bonner, and the theme for Prayer Retreat is: Living on Purpose. Living out your calling in the ordinary and extraordinary... that it doesn't always have to be this moving to another place type of thing and doing "big" stuff, but what does it mean to live on purpose in the day to day. A unified time of corporate prayer and worship combined with solitude and time for reflection and connecting with God! A time to connect with God, with others, be encouraged and unified, and pray on the behalf of others! The schedule for the day is as follows: * 8:30am-9:00am: Brief Orientation, Prayer, Worship. * 9:00am-9:30am: Cheryl Bonner will share about Living on Purpose * 9:30am-11:00am: Solitude and Reflection. Personal connection time with God. * 11:00am-12:30pm: Group sharing/encouragement, along with corporate worship and prayer. I am looking to rent out 1, possibly 2, rooms in my house immediately.

The house is located about 10 miles outside of State College, in the Gatesburg area. It is a nice and quiet area. It's a 4 bedroom house, two of which are occupied by my daughter and I. There is ample living space. We have satellite TV, phone, and wireless internet. No charge for parking (may have garage space available). Some furnishings for one bedroom are available if needed. The tenant would have free use of kitchen area, washer and dryer, and storage space in basement. I have 1 acre of land with a dedicated garden space.

Rent for the smaller of the two rooms would be $350/month, the larger of the two rooms $400/month and includes all utilities. Security deposit would be one month's rent.
