2 female roommates: needed to share 3 bedroom apt in Pennwood North on Vairo Blvd. Off of V bus route, plenty of parking. Will have own room and share one bath between two people. One room is available Aug 1, second room available Sept 1. Rent will be dependent on the room but it will range from 255-270 - not that big of a difference. We pay electric, internet.
